The challenge
The client purchased an apartment in Budapest District VIII with the goal of renting it on Airbnb. The property had an outdated layout and aging finishes — remnants of a poor-quality renovation done 15 years ago with code violations. The high ceilings were an asset to work with. The goal wasn't just a "nice" apartment — but an investment that pays back as quickly as possible.
