Frequently asked questions

When do I get my commission? +
Within 5–15 days after full project completion and final invoice payment. You can invoice us or we arrange by agreement.
How much do I need to deal with the project after the referral? +
Nothing. We handle everything — from the first survey to handover. You just refer, the rest is on us.
What if the client doesn't sign a contract? +
Commission is only for completed projects. If the client changes their mind, your referral stays valid for 12 months — if they come back, you get the commission.
Does the partnership work for foreign clients too? +
Yes, especially — we specifically look for English and Russian-speaking clients. Expats, multinational tenants, investors — we communicate in their native language.
