How long does an office renovation take? +
Small office (50–80 m²): 3–5 weeks. Full renovation (100–200 m²): 6–10 weeks. We schedule work around your business hours — evenings and weekends available.
Can you work while the office is still running? +
Yes. We work in phases — starting with empty zones, then vacated areas. We also work evenings and weekends to minimise business disruption.
Will the price really not change after signing? +
Yes, the contract price is fixed. If a hidden defect is found during work (e.g. outdated wiring), we flag it immediately with photos and only proceed with your approval. No surprises at the end.
What warranty do you provide on completed work? +
2-year written warranty on all completed work. If anything fails, we come back and fix it at no cost. This is included in the standard contract.
How much does an office renovation cost in Budapest? +
Basic (painting, flooring): 80–150K Ft/m². Full renovation (electrics, plumbing, suspended ceiling, fit-out): 180–320K Ft/m². Exact pricing only after site survey — the survey is free and commitment-free.
