The challenge
The property came to us with a serious problem: capillary moisture was rising from below through the walls, causing plaster failure and mould growth. Standard waterproofing methods are ineffective in such cases — a specialised technology was required. We applied the full Kerakoll damp elimination system: from diagnostics to final finishing, using exclusively Kerakoll materials throughout. Simultaneously, we carried out a complete commercial renovation: stripping old plaster, installing all engineering systems, premium tiling, painting and furniture assembly.
