From bathroom to living room to kitchen — complete apartment renovation with a single contractor. No coordination headaches.

Bathroom

Full wet room renovation: tiles, sanitary ware, plumbing, cladding. Kerakoll and Mapei materials. 2.5–5.5M Ft (approx. €6,000–13,500).

Kitchen

Tiling, electrics, plumbing, ventilation. IKEA to premium custom. From 800K Ft.

Living & bedrooms

Plastering, drywall, painting, parquet or laminate, ceiling, built-in wardrobes. Complete interior fit-out.

Electrical system

Full electrical network replacement or inspection: main panel, outlets, LED lighting, smart home basics. With permits.

Plumbing & heating

Pipe network, radiators, underfloor heating, boiler, thermostats. Concealed pressure pipe system.

A/C & ventilation

Air conditioning installation, mechanical ventilation, heat recovery system. Fixed ducting, invisible outlets.

Cosmetic on 40 m²: 3–4 weeks. Full renovation on 60 m²: 12–20 weeks. Premium renovation on 80 m²: 16+ weeks. Exact deadline after survey — and we stick to it.
Does the price really not change mid-project? +
Yes — the itemised quote amount becomes the final invoice. If the client requests additional work, we agree in writing and amend the quote. No surprise surcharges.
How much does an average apartment renovation cost in Budapest? +
Cosmetic on 40 m²: 5–7M Ft. Full on 60 m²: 18–24M Ft. Airbnb on 80 m²: 28–35M Ft. Exact price only after survey — we visit for free.
What if hidden defects are found during demolition? +
In Budapest's older buildings this is common — ageing pipes, damp walls, non-standard wiring. If we find anything, we notify you immediately with photo documentation, show you the issue, and only proceed with your approval. Nothing happens behind your back.
What materials do you use and why? +
Primarily Kerakoll and Mapei system materials — European premium category, durable and healthy. Every material is listed individually in the quote: brand, type, quantity. We show alternatives on request, but we don't cut corners where it would show in 10 years.
