The project
Full exterior tile replacement around the house and garage — from demolition of old surfaces to handover of two new terraces. The project included land grading, reinforced concrete foundation pouring for two terraces, two staircase flights, and complete tiling of the house and garage facades and side elevations.

Challenges and solutions
The most critical element was the reinforced concrete foundation: the terrace required a stable, frost-resistant base, demanding thorough site assessment and precise formwork. For the staircase flights, we paid special attention to drainage and waterproof grouting to prevent frost damage from water infiltration.
